Key Responsibilities – Food Analyst Role
As a Food Analyst in a Food Testing Laboratory, you will:
- Perform food sample analysis using standard test methods
- Conduct wet chemistry analysis (moisture, ash, protein, fat, acidity, etc.)
- Assist in operating laboratory instruments like:
- HPLC
- GC
- UV-Vis
- FTIR
- LCMSMS
- GCMSMS
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry as per NABL standards
- Follow SOPs and FSSAI guidelines for food testing
- Ensure laboratory hygiene, safety, and quality compliance
This role provides strong foundational exposure to analytical chemistry in food testing laboratories.
