Job Requirements
Education: M.Sc / M.Pharm in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or relevant discipline
Experience: 1 – 4 years in analytical development, E&L studies, or pharmaceutical R&D
Skills:
- Hands-on experience in GC/GC-MS, HPLC/LC-MS, ICP/ICP-MS
- Knowledge of chemical analysis techniques
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities
- Work as per cGMP and maintain compliance requirements.
- Develop analytical methods for Extractable & Leachable (E&L) compounds.
- Perform method validation & verification using advanced techniques.
- Conduct E&L studies for various packaging materials using:
- GC / GC-MS
- HPLC / LC-MS
- ICP / ICP-MS
- IR, UV, and other analytical techniques
- Identification, investigation, and troubleshooting of analytical issues.
- Conduct chemical analyses: extraction, refluxing, residue on ignition, centrifuging, evaporation.
- Prepare study templates, E&L reports, and method validation & verification reports & protocols.
