Apprentices will receive hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing and shop-floor operations, including:
- 👷 Workmen allocation and shift coordination
- 🧤 Gowning, hygiene and PPE compliance
- ⚙️ Machine operation and minor troubleshooting
- 📝 BMR preparation and documentation
- 📋 Line clearance during batch changeover
- 🧪 Support for in-process testing
- 📊 Monitoring machine speed and output
- 🏭 Trial batch processing and documentation
- 🎓 SOP and cGMP training
- 👥 Induction of new employees
- 💻 SAP activity reporting
- ⚖️ Balance verification and calibration-tag checks
- ✅ GMP and safety compliance
🎓 Skills
