Apprentices will receive hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing and shop-floor operations, including:
- π· Workmen allocation and shift coordination
- 𧀠Gowning, hygiene and PPE compliance
- βοΈ Machine operation and minor troubleshooting
- π BMR preparation and documentation
- π Line clearance during batch changeover
- π§ͺ Support for in-process testing
- π Monitoring machine speed and output
- π Trial batch processing and documentation
- π SOP and cGMP training
- π₯ Induction of new employees
- π» SAP activity reporting
- βοΈ Balance verification and calibration-tag checks
- β GMP and safety compliance
π Skills
Candidates should have willingness to work in pharmaceutical manufacturing, follow SOPs and cGMP requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and work effectively in a shift-based production environment.
