1. Formulation Analytical R&D – HOD

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare analytical laboratory budget-forecast & planning Capex & Review Budget for medium-sized or multiple small-size teams
- Ensure effective coordination between cross functions to completion of projects
- Review analytical raw data/records, protocols, reports, specifications, SOPs, and other analytical documents
- Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plans and receive guidance from seniors
- Ensure Product Development of Solid oral dosage, i.e. Dissolution, Assay, CU, BU, and Related substances, etc.
- Ensure analysis of samples received from Formulation department – in-process, finished product, pre-formulation study samples and stability samples, etc.
- Handle the client calls & Queries
Required Skills & Competencies:
- ✔ Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation, Analytical Development
- ✔ Good understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory submission requirements
- ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle client expectations
2. Research Associate – FAD
