Piramal Pharma Solutions is offering an excellent apprenticeship opportunity in Quality Assurance at its Mahad facility.
This entry-level role is designed for B.Pharm/M.Pharm graduates to gain hands-on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, focusing on in-process quality checks, documentation, compliance, and regulatory adherence in manufacturing and packing operations.

Skills/Qualifications
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Basic knowledge of GMP, GDP, and data integrity principles
- Good documentation and observation skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Willingness to learn regulatory requirements (including 21 CFR Part 111 for dietary supplements)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide area and line clearance for manufacturing, packing, and dispensing
- Conduct in-process checks during manufacturing and packing activities
- Perform intermediate inspection of dispensing operations
- Verify daily weighing balance calibration and environmental monitoring
- Ensure equipment and area cleanliness during line clearance
- Review online Batch Manufacturing Records and production documents
- Handle sampling of bulk and finished goods
- Monitor and report daily non-conformances
- Execute in-process quality checks across tablet, liquid, and other departments
- Support statistical process monitoring and CAPA implementation
- Ensure compliance with food/dietary supplement regulations (21 CFR Part 111)
- Maintain data integrity and implement effective sanitation programs
- Impart training to shop floor personnel and adhere to EHS norms
