Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the microbiology lab (Sterility, BET, MLT)
- Oversee environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and production areas
- Validate microbiological methods for new products, including gowning & disinfectant validation
- Ensure lab is audit-ready; participate in NABL/WHO-GMP audits
- Lead investigations for OOS, deviations, contamination; implement CAPA
- Review lab data, trending reports, and technical protocols; manage lab equipment calibration
Technical Skills:
- GLP/GMP compliance & pharmacopoeia standards (USP/BP/EP/IP)
- Hands-on with water system validation & sterile manufacturing
- Proficient in LIMS software
2️⃣ Quality Assurance – Assistant Manager (QMS / Market Complaints)
📍 Location: Naidupeta, Tirupati
🎓 Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry/Biotech)
💼 Experience: 7–12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and close QMS elements: Deviations, Change Controls, CAPA
- Lead investigations for OOS, OOT, and market complaints
- Conduct Quality Risk Assessments (QRA) and mitigate risks
- Prepare site for regulatory audits; implement post-audit CAPA
- Oversee SOPs, MFRs, BMRs, and documentation control
- Monitor compliance on shop-floor and ensure data integrity
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, ICH guidelines
- Proficiency in QMS software (TrackWise) & LIMS
