Aditya Birla Group is hiring a Junior Engineer – Production for its Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) plant in Ganjam, Odisha. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a passion for chemical manufacturing, process optimization, and plant operations.
Job Location: Ganjam, Odisha, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor production activities in the PAC plant.
- Ensure safe and smooth operation of production processes.
- Implement DuPont sustainable solution methodology for efficiency.
- Monitor product quantity and quality during shifts.
- Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- Optimize process parameters to increase productivity.
- Ensure plant operations adhere to SOPs.
- Prompt action on deviations to avoid plant shutdowns.
- Maintain process and quality parameters to meet customer requirements.
- Adjust parameters during load variations to ensure consistent product quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc (Chemical / Mechanical / Process)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates (relevant plant experience preferred)
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of chemical production processes
- Strong understanding of plant operations & SOPs
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance standards
