Operator / Supervisor – Injectable Manufacturing
- Function: Injectable Manufacturing
- Designations: Operator (Assistant/Associate), Supervisor (Officer/Executive)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.E
- Experience: 1–8 years
Operator / Supervisor – Injectable Packing
- Function: Injectable Packing
- Designations: Operator (Assistant/Associate), Supervisor (Officer/Executive)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.E
- Experience: 1–8 years
Apprentice – Injectable Manufacturing & Packing
- Function: Injectable Manufacturing & Packing

Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in sterile/aseptic/parenteral manufacturing (mandatory for experienced roles)
- Proficiency in vial/bag filling, PFS, LYO, microsphere, cartridges lines
- Knowledge of filtration, sealing, autoclave, terminal sterilization
- Expertise in production QMS, GMP, GDP, ALCOA principles
- Experience in visual inspection (MVI/AVI) and packing lines
- Familiarity with change control, deviations, equipment qualification
Key Responsibilities
- Operate aseptic filling lines for vials, bags, PFS, and lyophilization
- Perform batch manufacturing, filtration, and sterilization processes
- Execute visual inspection and secondary packing operations
- Handle QMS activities including deviations and change controls
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation
- Support equipment qualification and line clearance
