🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical device complaint investigation as per global regulatory standards
- Analyze device-related issues and assess patient safety risks
- Conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA activities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, EU MDR, and internal SOPs
- Prepare and maintain complaint investigation reports and documentation
- Collaborate with quality, regulatory, and risk management teams
