Dishman Carbogen Amcis is looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our dynamic Research & Development team at our Bavla Plant. We are hosting a walk-in interview event in Ahmedabad.
Current Openings & Responsibilities
We are hiring for the following Departments & Designations:
A.Research & Development
1.Designation: Research Associate
- Experience: 02 to 07 Years
- Qualification: M.Sc. – Organic Chemistry
- Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in process development in R&D in API synthesis.
- Technology transfer, scale-up, and troubleshooting of Lab developed processes at Pilot and Commercial levels.
- Carrying out experimental work for development/improvement of assigned products.
2.Designation: Analytical Associate
- Experience: 02 to 07 Years
- Qualification: M.Sc. – Analytical Chemistry
- Key Responsibilities:
- Well-conversant with operating, handling, and troubleshooting in HPLC and GC.
- Maintain analytical records as per IMS standards.
- Co-ordinate with ADL dept. / Q.C dept. for method development activity.
- Development or improvement of methods for assigned projects.
3.Designation: Research Scientist/ Sr. Research Scientist
- Experience: 10 to 15 Years
- Qualification: M.Sc./Ph.D – Organic Chemistry
- Key Responsibilities:
- Development/improvement of assigned products and overall review of development activities.
- Finalize routes based on literature, feasibility of process, or availability of raw materials.
- Technology transfer, scale-up, and troubleshooting of Lab developed processes at Pilot and Commercial levels.
B.Quality Assurance (API & Formulation) – Bavla Location
1.Designation: Officer/Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
- Experience: 03 to 10 Years
- Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry/B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality documentation (issuance, retrieval, distribution, destruction).
- Review executed batch records (Manufacturing, ECR, analytical).
- Handle sampling activities for finished products, stability, and hold-time.
- Monitor packing/repacking operations and verify dispatch activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP/GLP, and prepare/review Product Quality Reviews (PQR).
C.Quality Control – API – Naroda Location
1.Designation: Sr. Officer to Assistant Manager
- Experience: 02 to 08 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and be aware of various laboratory instruments (UV, IR, KF, Analytical balance, HPLC, GC, etc.).
- Knowledge of GDP and GLP is mandatory.
- Experience in QMS activities, including laboratory incidents, OOS (Out of Specification), and deviations.
- Proven experience in Wet Lab Analysis.
D.Quality Control – AMV – Bavla Location
1.Designation: Executive to Deputy Manager
- Experience: 05 to 12 Years
- M.Sc/M.Pharma/B.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage analytical method validation and stability studies.
- Perform day-to-day troubleshooting on sophisticated QC equipment like GC-MS, UPLC, HPLC, GC, GC-HS, and Dissolution apparatus.
E.Production – Softgel
1.Designation: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Experience: 02 to 05 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- Requirements:
- Well versed with cGMP/GDP and Schedule M guidelines.
- Expertise in manufacturing gelatin and medicament (experience in handling PEG based products and high potent molecules is required).
- Able to handle troubleshooting during manufacturing and encapsulation activities.
- Proficient in online documentation, document review, and preparation.
- Experienced in performing calibration of IPQC instruments.
- Well versed in QMS (Change control/Deviation/OOS-OOT phase II investigation/CAPA) and SAP entries.
2.Production Packaging (Formulation Softgel Executive)
- Experience: 02 to 07 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- Requirements:
- Well versed with cGMP/GDP and Schedule M guidelines.
- Expertise in BQS blister packing machine operation, secondary packing, and troubleshooting.
- Online documentation and document review experience.
- Knowledge of online blister coding, export packaging requirements, and palletisation.
3.Encapsulation Operator (Formulation – Softgel)
- Experience: 04 to 10 Years
- Qualification: I.T.I/ Diploma Engineering
- Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of GDP and cGMP.
- Able to operate and troubleshoot Encapsulation Machines/Medicament manufacturing/Gelatin Melters.
- Experienced in performing calibration activity of all IPQC instruments.
4.Manufacturing Operator (Formulation – Softgel)
- Experience: 02 to 06 Years
- Qualification: I.T.I/ Diploma Engineering
- Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of GDP and cGMP.
- Able to operate and troubleshoot Medicament manufacturing/Gelatin Melter.
- Experienced in performing calibration activity of all IPQC instruments.
5.Packing Operator (Formulation – Softgel) (BQS Operator)
- Experience: 04 to 10 Years
- Qualification: Diploma Engineering/I.T.I
- Requirements:
- Must be expert in BQS blister packing machine.
- Able to perform online documentation entries like Daily log, BMR, BPR, weighing balance calibration records.
- Must have knowledge of GDP and cGMP, carton coding, and serialization.
