UMEDICA Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is hosting walk-in interviews for its USFDA, EU GMP, and TGA Australia approved formulation plant at VAPI, GUJARAT.

Department Wise Open Requirements
Here are the specific details for each department and position:
1.Tablet Manufacturing (Tablet Mfg)
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc
- Experience: 2 to 8 years
- Required Skill Set: Ability to handle processes like Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating. Responsible for online documentation & QMS.
- Position: Tech. Associate
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Required Skill Set: To operate Granulation lines (RMG/FBD/FRP/Roll Compactor), Automatic Compression Machine (PLC/SCADA based Cadmach & Fhad Pack), Coating (Kevin & Gansons) Capsule M/C.
2.Tablet Packing
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Required Skill Set: Should have sound knowledge of Blister pack, CVC line, BPR, SOPs, Line Clearance, Manpower Handling, GDP, GMP, Daily formats & records.
- Position: Tech. Associate
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Required Skill Set: Should have experience in operating Blister Pack Machine ELMACH 3015 PDA and Auto Cartonator (WK100, Pamac & IMA PG IC 150C) and Track & Trace Machine with Temper Evident & CVC Primary & Secondary.
3.Engineering & Maintenance
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: BE/M.E./B.Tech
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Required Skill Set: Should Have Sound Knowledge related to Mfg. Area (Osd, Injection), Plant Maintenance, Utility area, Fire Hydrant, EHS and also QMS Activity.
- Position: Technician
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Required Skill Set: Should have experience in operating Hvac system, Utility & Plant Maintenance.
4.Quality Control (QC)
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Required Skill Set: Should have sound knowledge in HPLC & GC Knowledge Analysis.
5.Product Development & Dossier (PDD)
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: Diploma/BE Printing Packaging
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Required Skill Set: Should Have Sound Knowledge Art Work & Product Design.
6.Technology Transfer & Development (TTD)
- Position: Officer/Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Required Skill Set: Should Have Sound Knowledge of Preparation of pan regarding transfer of process/Product from development, scale up manufacturing of exhibit/submission. Launch to post approval phase which Shall encompass the quality Aspect (Including risk assessment Principle) necessary regulatory requirement activities.
7.Injectables
- Position: Officer/Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Required Skill Set: Should have sound knowledge require in LVP, SVP, Aseptic filling, Vial, Ampule, Washing, HSS tunnel, Autoclave & Sterilisation.
- Position: Operator
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Required Skill Set: Should have experience in operating Ampule/Vial filling M/C, Sealing & Labeling M/C, Autoclave & Sterilization.
