🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Identify training requirements for Production personnel.
- Develop and implement employee training plans.
- Conduct training on cGMP, SOPs, Safety, Quality and Regulatory requirements.
- Handle onboarding and mandatory training for new employees.
- Maintain training records and close training gaps.
- Conduct training effectiveness evaluations.
- Coordinate with QA, Engineering and other departments.
- Conduct refresher training and competency assessments.
- Keep training documents updated for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Promote a strong culture of compliance and continuous learning.

👤 Suitable Candidates
Candidates with M.Sc/M.Pharmacy + 10–15 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biologics manufacturing, particularly with experience in production training, cGMP, SOP compliance, quality systems and regulatory requirements, can consider applying.
