Job Description
Novartis is hiring a Regional Supply Chain Coordinator to support efficient and effective supply chain operations across the APMA region. This hybrid full-time role involves close collaboration with country supply chain teams, manufacturing sites, external suppliers, end-to-end planning, and finance stakeholders to drive performance in customer service, inventory, forecast accuracy, and cost management.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning or broader supply chain operations
- Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding, including demand-supply gap analysis
- Excellent data analytics and reporting skills for KPI dashboards and trend analysis
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting
- Effective stakeholder management across country teams, sites, and global functions
- Fluent written and spoken English for international communication
- Knowledge of inventory management, MRP, ERP systems, and supply planning
- Ability to support risk mitigation, order prioritization, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of regional supply chain KPI targets
- Prepare and refresh monthly regional KPI dashboard reports
- Track PCE and FTE actuals versus targets and support budget reviews
- Consolidate Customer Service Level results for MTD and YTD reporting
- Refresh weekly regional supply risk files and govern backorder lists
- Collaborate with country teams and sites to resolve supply concerns
- Support lifecycle management activities including launches and transfers
- Coordinate planning parameter reviews such as MOQ and safety stock
- Support onboarding of new hires on regional processes and tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes
