Skills/Qualifications
- Expertise in handling HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, UPLC, ICP-MS, TGA, and XRD.
- Knowledge of GLP, CSV, QAMS, LIMS, and investigation protocols.
- Hands-on experience in Wet Lab, KF, Auto Titrator, UV, and IR equipment.
- Proficiency in handling SCADA, HMI, Data Loggers, and automation systems.
- Strong skills in BPR, BCR, QRM, and validation documentation.
- Excellent understanding of process safety, cGMP standards, and API manufacturing.
- Minimum 60% marks or 1st class in highest qualification (unless candidate has 5+ years post-qualification experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and advanced spectroscopic instruments.
- Execute sample tracking, analysis, and detailed reporting using LIMS software.
- Manage Quality Assurance Management System documentation including change controls and deviations.
- Prepare plant documentation for regulatory and customer audit readiness.
- Monitor unit operations, processes, and shift activities in API manufacturing.
- Implement process safety guidelines and adhere strictly to cGMP compliance.
