- ✔ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- ✔ Communicate clearly with customers in regional languages and English
- ✔ Resolve customer queries effectively
- ✔ Maintain good phone etiquette and customer satisfaction
- ✔ Update call details in the system
- ✔ Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates
- ✔ Follow shift timings, schedules, and maintain punctuality

- ✔ Graduation is mandatory
- ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✔ Fluency in English + any regional language: Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu
