OPERATORS :
Experience : 2 – 4 Years
Qualification : ITI, Diploma & B.Sc in Science
EXECUTIVES
Experience : 2 – 4 Years
Qualification : B.Pharma & M.Pharma

AUTOCLAVE
• Operate and monitor autoclave for sterilization
• Ensure cycle parameters, documentation and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment efficiency.

VIAL WASHING
• Operate vial washing machine and ensure proper washing standards.
• Maintain equipment and line clearance.
• Ensure quality of washed vials as per SOP.

TUNNEL
• operate and monitor pyrogentions tunnel
• Ensure temperate mapping and documentation.
• Maintain smooth now and report deviations

FILLING & SEALING
• Operate filing and sealing machine.
• Ensure accurate filling, sealing quality and minimal line losses.
• Perform in-process checks and line clearance.

COMPOUNDING / MANUFACTURING
• Operate and monitor compounding vessels.
• Ensure accuracy in weighing, mining and batch documentation
• Maintain CIP/5IP and cleanliness of area.

HOLDING
• Manage bulk holding area and ensure proper dispensing
• Maintain records and ensure cleanliness.
• Ensure correct labeling and documentation
• Plan, execute and monitor production activities to moot targets
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Review BMR, line clearance and batch records.
• Monitor process parameters and in-process quality.
• Investigate deviations and ensure timely CAPA
• Lead and support operators, training and skin development.
• Ensure equipment qualification, preventive maintenance and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure EHS compliance.

APPRENTICE – FRESHERS

Qualification : B.Pharma, Diploma, B.Sc in Science, ITI
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outt only
• Candidate should not be enrolled in EPFO & ESI
• Wiling to work in three rotational shifts
