Execute experiments for route scouting, feasibility, & optimization (yield, selectivity, impurity control, robustness).
Develop scalable, cost-effective processes avoiding unnecessary column chromatography & metal-catalyzed steps where feasible (residual metals control).
Support kilo-lab/pilot runs; capture scale-dependent parameters (mixing, heat/mass transfer, workups, crystallization).
Follow HSE practices; support process safety assessments (e.g., calorimetry data collection with the safety team).
Comply with GMP awareness for early development & CDMO documentation expectations.
Work closely with Analytical team for method development, track impurity profiles, & implement purge strategies.
