Role: Information & Documentation Officer – Pharmacovigilance & Literature Monitoring 📄
Experience: 1–3 Years PV OR Freshers with strong PV knowledge
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc Life Sciences 🎓
Location: Remote (India) 🌐
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Perform literature searches using PubMed, ADIS, and other databases
- Monitor local and international journals for safety cases
- Identify and extract ICSRs from published literature
- Maintain accurate documentation and literature case tracking
- Support client audits and compliance activities
- Assist in quality control (QC) processes and follow-ups
- Handle document intake, acknowledgment, and storage
✅ Eligibility & Skills
- Strong understanding of GVP Module VI (ICSR Management)
- Knowledge of literature review & scientific publications
- Familiarity with PubMed and ADIS databases
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Basic knowledge of pharmacology & drug safety concepts
