HPLC/UPLC method development for Assay & Related Substances
Dissolution method development using USP Type IV apparatus
Conversion of analytical methods from HPLC to UPLC
Routine & Advanced Analytical Testing
Analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
Dissolution profiling by HPLC
Blend & Content Uniformity
Osmolality, viscosity, particle size distribution
Drug–excipient compatibility studies
Instrument Handling
Hands-on operation and data interpretation for:
HPLC, UPLC
Gas Chromatography (GC)
UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
FTIR
Karl Fischer Titrator
Particle Size Analyzer
Rheometer & Viscometer
Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC)
Wet Chemistry & Documentation
Titrations, LOD, ROI, pH, SOR, Melting Point
