Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing MICC operations within the Pharmacovigilance function. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing team members and ensuring smooth execution of daily activities
- Delegating tasks effectively within agreed reporting structures
- Applying appropriate technical and quality strategies as per client requirements
- Designing and implementing project management standards
- Monitoring project progress and optimizing resource utilization
- Planning and reporting project updates to senior management
- Escalating issues and resolving cross-functional challenges at MICC level
- Supporting SOP writing, work instructions, and process documentation
- Motivating and guiding team members to achieve targets
- Conducting root cause analysis for deviations and implementing CAPA
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be eligible for this MICC Manager Pharmacovigilance job, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- 6–7 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Strong exposure to MICC or Call Center operations
- Experience in team handling and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of global regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM IST)
Salary and Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is approximately ₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise.
