Manager – Medical Coding Operations

- Role: Manager – Operations
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Medical Coding, with at least 4 years in management
- Education/Qualification: Graduation/PG in D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech, BHMS, or BAMS
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Medical Coding
- At least 4 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting client SLAs, targets, hiring, and staff allocation
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Mandatory CRC/CPC or equivalent certification from AAPC/AHIMA
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and stabilize assigned projects for efficiency
- Design KPIs for inter-team collaboration and compliance
- Monitor daily progress and implement corrections
- Ensure optimal performance and client SLA adherence
