R1 RCM is hiring experienced Medical Coders and Senior Medical Coders for its revenue cycle management operations in Noida. This role focuses on accurate inpatient coding following ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines and DRG assignments, ensuring compliance and efficiency in healthcare claims processing.
Medical Coding – IP (Inpatient DRG)

Skills/Qualifications
- 1-7+ years in IP DRG medical coding
- Active CCS (AHIMA) or CIC (AAPC) certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS coding and POA indicators
- Understanding of medical necessity, DRGs, and claim processing
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changes
- Knowledge of 3M, Optum, CAC, or Meditech software (advantage)
