QREC Clinical Research LLP (India–UAE), a reputed global Contract Research Organisation (CRO), is hiring a Clinical Trial Associate for its Jaipur, Rajasthan office. This is a full-time, on-site clinical research job offering hands-on exposure to Phase III & IV clinical trials, TMF management, informed consent processes, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities – Clinical Trial Associate
Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial activities in compliance with protocols and SOPs
Manage and maintain Trial Master Files (TMF) (paper/eTMF)
Assist in Informed Consent Process (ICF) documentation and compliance
Support investigators, sponsors, and internal clinical research teams
Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Assist in site documentation, audit readiness, and trial tracking
Support clinical operations across Phase III and Phase IV studies
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), or related discipline
Knowledge of clinical trials, clinical operations, and research methodologies
Experience or familiarity with TMF management and informed consent processes
Understanding of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical research teams
Certification in clinical research (ACRP, ICH-GCP, etc.) is an added advantage
