🔬 Position: Senior Executive – Quality Control (QC)
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
🏭 Facility: Greenfield Injectable Plant
🧪 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and handle investigations related to Incidents, OOS, OOT & OOC
🔹 Prepare investigation reports, STP and SOP documentation
🔹 Review chromatographic and physical data from HPLC, GC, UV instruments
🔹 Ensure timely calibration of laboratory instruments as per schedule
🔹 Coordinate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure cGMP compliance
🎓 Qualifications
✔ M.Sc / B.Sc (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology)
✔ OR B.Pharm
🧑💼 Experience
✔ Minimum 5+ years in QC / QA within the pharmaceutical industry
✔ Experience in USFDA / MHRA regulated plants is mandatory
🧠 Technical & Regulatory Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of cGMP & GDP
✅ Hands-on expertise in RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, GC, UV
✅ Experience in QMS review and analytical data evaluation
✅ Excellent documentation and compliance skills
