🧑💼 Experience: 1–5 Years (Phase III/IV Clinical Trials)
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site feasibility, identify investigators, and negotiate study budgets
- Finalize investigator sites; execute CDAs and study contracts
- Prepare and submit Ethics Committee documents
- Manage Investigational Product (IP) dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation
- Perform site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits; generate reports
- Train investigators and site teams on protocols and GCP requirements
- Ensure timely recruitment, source data verification, and query resolution
- Manage SAE/SUSAR reporting per regulatory guidelines
- Identify site risks, perform root-cause analysis, and implement CAPA
- Coordinate with internal teams and CROs for data management and statistical analysis
