📝 Role & Responsibilities
- Lead operations of ETP, STP, and ZLD systems, ensuring compliance with CPCB/GPCB norms ⚙️
- Monitor effluent, manage sludge handling, and maintain equipment reliability 🔧
- Optimize MEE and RO processes for better recovery, lower TDS, and cost efficiency 💧
- Handle statutory reporting, hazardous waste management, and ensure ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance 📑
- Plan CAPEX initiatives, strengthen process controls, and improve operational stability 💼
- Build team capability through training, performance management, and continuous improvement 📚
