1.Executive-Production
Job Summary
The Executive in Production Operations is responsible for the precise execution of batch processes in the API/Intermediate manufacturing area. This role requires hands-on experience in complex chemical operations, equipment handling, strict adherence to safety and GMP norms, and fundamental process analysis like Mass and Energy Balance calculations.

Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical)
Experience: E1-5 years’ relevant experience in API / Intermediate industry with proven expertise in production operations
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the pre-arrangement of batch processing accurately as per the Batch Production Record (BPR) to ensure continuous production without any abstraction.
- Take charge of the production area, verifying the process, raw materials, and confirming compliance with the BPR.
- Safe handling of HAZARDOUS raw materials and ensure adherence to safety norms.
2. Executive – Quality Control(HPLC)
Job Summary
Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Experience: 1-5 years’ relevant experience in API / Intermediate industry with extensive practical experience with major HPLC/UPLC systems and associated data acquisition software (Chromeleon, Empower, etc.), strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities, and a deep understanding of column chemistry and management.
Key Responsibilities
Possess hands-on experience utilizing and managing data within the Chromeleon software platform.
Proficient in the calibration of HPLC/UPLC systems as per established schedules and SOPS
The Executive is responsible for performing, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of analytical testing using Gas Chromatography (GC) and Headspace Gas Chromatography (GC-HS). This role demands strong technical proficiency in GC/GC-HS operation, maintenance, and data management, ensuring all laboratory activities comply strictly with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Experience: 1-5 years’ relevant experience in API / Intermediate industry with extensive practical experience with major GC/GC-HS systems (Shimadzu, Agilent) and associated data acquisition software (Chromeleon, etc.), strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities, and a deep understanding of GC column management and routine instrument maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess hands-on experience utilizing and managing data within the Chromeleon
- software platform.
- Proficient in the calibration of GC and GC-HS systems as per established schedules and SOPs.
4.Computer Operator
This role is responsible for providing essential support in computer operations, data entry, basic software maintenance, and office administration. This role ensures smooth daily workflow by managing digital files, supporting end-users with basic troubleshooting, and maintaining peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform rapid and accurate data entry into various software applications, databases, and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel, accounting software).
Manage, organize, and maintain both digital and physical files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with internal documentation standards.
Prepare, format, and print standard office documents, reports, and presentations (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint).
Skills:
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy, foundational knowledge of computer hardware and networking basics, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong commitment to following instructions and security protocols.
