Key Responsibilities:

• Drive banking product sales (loans, accounts, etc.)

• Generate leads through activities, events, and field visits

• Coordinate with Branch Heads, ROs, and Sales Managers

• Ensure timely lead follow-ups and reporting

• Participate in branch & cluster-level meetings and training

• Cross-sell banking & financial products

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Experience: 0–5 years in field sales (banking preferred)

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

• Mandatory: Two-wheeler (Bike) for fieldwork
