Post Office Group C Notification 2025: Good news for the unemployed.. Applications are invited for Group C posts in the postal department. There are a total of 19 vacancies. In the notification, just a tenth pass is enough, there is no application fee. If you are eligible, apply immediately. Interested candidates should apply before 12 January 2025.
Educational Qualification: Must have 10th pass from a recognized board or institution, valid driving license for light and heavy motor vehicles. Knowledge of vehicle mechanism and ability to identify and repair minor vehicle faults.
Age limit in Postal Department should be between 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation will be as per Government norms. ₹19,900/- per month (as per 7th Pay Commission, in Level 2 Pay Matrix). Application fee for all candidates- ₹100. SC/ST/Women candidates are exempted from fee.
Selection Process Trade Test/Driving Test will assess the ability to drive light and heavy vehicles. Applications along with necessary documents should be sent by speed post/registered post clearly superscribed “Application for the post of Driver (Direct Recruitment)” to the following address:
