📝 Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Operations Representative, you will:

• Monitor and manage work queues, ensuring timely routing of inquiries.
• Provide client and insurance company support via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot payer enrollments, user access, invoicing, and general queries.
• Assist clients with user account management and permissions.
• Facilitate payer enrollments for EDI transactions and resolve denials.
• Document enrollment processes, timelines, and requirements.
• Communicate escalated issues to management.
• Support Operations Analysts with client requests.
• Participate in training sessions and client meetings.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree or equivalent (B.Sc., B.Pharm, or similar preferred).
• 0–3 years of healthcare or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, EDI, X12 transactions is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
