🔹 1. Production – Supervisors & Operators
Experience: 4–10 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical or Instrumentation / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience in:
- Compounding
- Vial washing
- Tunnel & Autoclave
- Filling & Capping
- QMS
- Packaging
- Track & Trace systems
🔹 2. Engineering
Positions:
- Lyophilizer In-charge – 8–10 years
- Lyophilizer Operator – 3–6 years
- Boiler Operator – 3–6 years
- HVAC Operator – 3–6 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Boiler Operator: 1st Class Boiler Certificate required.
🔹 3. Quality Control – Analysts
Experience: 3–6 years
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience in analysis of:
- Raw materials
- In-process samples
- Finished products
- Stability samples
- HPLC / GC and related instruments
🔹 4. Microbiology – Microbiologist / Analyst
Experience: 3–6 years
Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology/Biotechnology / B.Pharm
Experience in:
- Media preparation
- MLT
- BET
- Sterility method validation
- Culture suspension preparation
- GPT
- VITEK 2
- Documentation and review
🔹 5. Quality Assurance
Positions: QA Executive / Officer
Experience: 4–10 years / 5–8 years
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
Areas include:
- IPQA
- QMS
- Documentation
- Qualification & Validation
- Vendor Management
- Regulatory Affairs
