Key Responsibilities

• Plant-related HR operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR activities
• Handle IR, contract labor management, and statutory compliances
• HR operations: recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, HR policy implementation
• Payroll processing for white and blue-collar employees
• HRBP role for the unit

Key Skills Required

• Strong expertise in union handling, contract labor management, employee relations, and government liaisoning
• Strategic thinking for delivering results at the plant level
