Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop business development strategies to drive growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Identify new opportunities for sales and marketing initiatives through market research and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance revenue streams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• M.Pharma degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• 0-2 years of experience in Business Development or related field (pharmaceuticals/international marketing).
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and international marketing practices.
