Job Description
Ajanta Pharma Ltd. is hiring suitable candidates for its US FDA approved Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation facility at Paithan. The hiring scope covers key roles across the Quality Control and Maintenance departments.
Quality Control – Officer / Sr. Officer
- Department: Quality Control
- Role: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Experience: 03 to 05 years
- Education/Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Maintenance – Officer / Sr. Officer
- Department: Maintenance
- Role: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Experience: 04 to 08 years
- Education/Qualification: BE / DEE (Electrical/Mechanical)
Skills / Qualifications
- Experience in sample analysis (FP, IP, PV, and stability).
- Expertise in method validation and method transfer.
- Proficiency with HPLC and LIMS software.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, electrical panels, and E-logs.
- Ability to manage Utility equipment, ETP, STP, and HVAC/AHU systems.
- Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, or other regulated plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze finished products, in-process, and stability samples efficiently.
- Execute analytical method validation and transfer procedures accurately.
- Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments like HPLC and LIMS.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on process equipment.
- Monitor PLC, SCADA systems, electrical panels, and utility hardware.
- Manage operations for ETP, STP, HVAC, and dehumidifier units.
