💼 Roles and Responsibilities
- 📞 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- 🗣️ Communicate clearly with customers in regional languages and English
- ✅ Resolve customer queries effectively
- 👔 Maintain good phone etiquette and customer satisfaction
- 💻 Update call details in the system
- 📚 Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates
- ⏰ Follow shift timings, schedules, and maintain punctuality
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 🔹 Education: Graduation is mandatory – Any Graduate
- 🔹 Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 🔹 Languages: Fluency in English + any regional language – Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu
- 🔹 Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
