🔑 Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Clinical Project Manager at Clario, you will:

• Assist Clinical Project Managers in project administration.
• Develop project-related documents and edit presentations.
• Participate in meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely study deliverables.
• Support project finance-related activities including scope changes, invoice reconciliations, and forecasting.
• Monitor project progress and respond to client inquiries.
• Act as a backup Project Manager when required.
• Track and resolve outstanding issues, missing data, and site-facing materials.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, FDA guidelines, and company SOPs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience:
  • 1+ years in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or clinical research (preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Healthcare/medical experience is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
