Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates will contribute to Graviti Pharma’s commitment to excellence in OSD manufacturing:
- Production: Operate machinery for compression, coating, and cleaning; ensure adherence to cGMP protocols and accurate documentation.
- Quality Control: Perform validations, testing of materials and products, handle sophisticated instruments, and maintain compliance with USFDA and other regulatory standards.
- Maintenance: Manage process and utility maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations and minimal downtime.
These roles demand a strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality and safety.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Freshers (Production): 10th or Intermediate qualification; no prior experience required.
- Experienced Candidates: 3-8 years in relevant pharma OSD operations, with specific expertise as mentioned above.
- Educational Background: Diploma, B.Tech for Maintenance; hands-on knowledge of instruments for QC.
Only male candidates are eligible for certain areas, as specified in the drive.
