Job Description
RPG Life Sciences Limited is expanding its Formulation Division (OSD) at Ankleshwar and conducting a walk-in interview for multiple positions. Candidates must have experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing plants and exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA, EU, etc.).
Quality Control Staff
- Role: Analyst / Reviewer
- Experience: 2-10 years (8 vacancies) / 10-15 years (2 vacancies)
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
- Note: 1 position in 10-15 years category reserved for female candidate
Quality Assurance Staff
- Role: IPQA / QMS / Validation / AQA / Vendor Management
- Experience: 2-10 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Vacancies: 8
Production Staff / Operator
- Role: Compression / Granulation / Coating / Capsule Filling
- Experience: 1-6 years

Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in OSD formulation plant mandatory
- Proficiency in HPLC, UV, GC, IR, AAS, Dissolution for QC roles
- Strong knowledge of QMS documentation and GMP
- Expertise in IPQA, validation, qualification, vendor management for QA
- Hands-on operation of compression, granulation, coating, capsule filling, blister packing machines
- Instrumentation and maintenance exposure in OSD machinery
- Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance (EU/PICS advantageous)
- Team handling and planning skills for senior roles
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze RM/PM/In-process/Finished/Stability samples
- Review GMP documents and worksheets
- Handle team planning and execution
- Perform IPQA, validation, and batch release
- Operate and troubleshoot production/packing machines
- Maintain instrumentation and plant equipment
- Ensure documentation and audit readiness
- Follow QMS and regulatory guidelines
