Job Description
ProPharma Group is offering a valuable 12-month internship in its Pharmacovigilance department in Hyderabad. This full-time, office-based role provides practical exposure to drug safety processes, case management, and regulatory reporting using the Argus safety database.

Skills/Qualifications
- Completed degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
- Basic knowledge and prior training/experience with Argus safety database (required)
- Understanding of pharmacovigilance principles and drug safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned mailboxes and triage communications
- Perform duplicate searches and initial book-in
- Enter data into safety database (patient, report, drug, events)
- Assist in case processing and follow-ups in Argus
- Support narrative writing and MedDRA coding
- Manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR)
- Ensure timely adverse event reporting
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards
