💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Ensure GMP Compliance
• Visit manufacturing & warehouse sites to verify activities follow GMP guidelines and approved procedures.
• Perform line clearance during manufacturing and ensure facilities are GMP-ready at all times.
🔹 Quality Management System
• Drive QMS elements such as change control, deviation handling, CAPA, market complaint reviews, and investigations.
• Identify and implement process improvements with manufacturing teams.
🔹 Documentation & Reviews
• Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and other quality documents.
• Support internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
📈 Qualifications & Skills
• Education: MSc, M.Tech, or equivalent in Biotechnology or related life sciences.
• Experience: 1–4 years in Quality Assurance or related biotech/pharmaceutical QA roles.
