Key Responsibilities – Business Executive (Merck)
Generate and convert doctors for Merck’s product portfolio
Achieve secondary sales targets through effective prescription generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, including top physicians, endocrinologists, and cardiologists
Ensure 100% implementation of company sales and marketing strategies
Handle customer queries effectively and professionally
Maintain accurate daily sales reporting
Perform Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities:
Collect and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs), including lack of efficacy
Submit ADR information to the local Patient Safety team within 24 hours of awareness
Eligibility & Qualifications
Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Com, B.A, or equivalent)
Experience:
Freshers can apply
1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company preferred
Strong product knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in field sales and achieve performance targets
