Job Description
Aspiro Pharma is conducting a walk-in drive to strengthen its injectable production team at its advanced manufacturing facility in Telangana. The openings focus on hands-on and supervisory roles in sterile injectable processes, including filtration, filling, and lyophilization operations.
Operator – Sr. Operator

Sr. Officer – Executive
- Department: Production (Injectables)
- Role: Sr. Officer – Executive
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Education/Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc
Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in injectable shop floor activities: filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, ophthalmic preparations, suspensions, and lyophilization
- Knowledge of sterile manufacturing, aseptic techniques, and GMP compliance
- Familiarity with QMS documentation, training, and operational supervision (for officer/executive roles)
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Relevant technical qualification as specified per role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform filtration, filling, sealing, and stoppering operations
- Handle ophthalmic, suspension, and lyophilized product manufacturing
- Supervise shop floor activities and operator training
- Ensure compliance with QMS and documentation standards
- Maintain equipment and cleanroom protocols
- Support production targets with quality focus
