🧾 Job Summary
Operate process units as per SOPs, manage tank loading/unloading, ensure safe and quality chemical manufacturing, handle DCS operations, and maintain accurate production data in SAP (ERP) while upholding strict safety standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Operate batch processes and DCS-controlled units safely
• Handle loading, unloading, and sampling of tankers and drums
• Record and manage production data in SAP
• Coordinate maintenance, issue work memos, and perform minor repairs
• Participate in emergency response (Rescue Squad), safety audits, and JSA
• Troubleshoot deviations and suggest process improvements
🧠 Skills Required
• DCS operations, SAP data entry
• Knowledge of P&IDs, preventive maintenance
• Strong safety knowledge (Hazardous materials, MSDS, JSA)
• Good communication skills and independent working ability
