• Execute tablet, capsule, and liquid oral manufacturing per regulatory standards.
• Manage raw material procurement, packing materials, and inventory logs systematically.
• Perform in-process quality testing, IPQA checks, and microbiological testing.
• Analytical testing using instruments like HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
• Formulation development for solid oral dosage forms in R&D labs.
• Oversee site execution including Civil, HVAC, Cleanroom, and Utility installations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting for pharmaceutical plant equipment.
• Maintain complete documentation and compliance as per cGMP and standard operating procedures.
