🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) drafting, review and negotiation
- Confidentiality agreements, amendments and site contract documentation
- Coordinate with Sponsors, Legal, Clinical Operations and study teams
- Track contract execution and study timelines
- Manage protocol amendments and related contract/budget revisions
- Maintain study trackers, documentation and systems
- Identify and escalate contracting risks and delays
- Support audit readiness and ICH-GCP compliance
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal and Finance teams
🎯 Candidate Profile
- Degree in Life Sciences preferred
- 3–5 years of clinical research experience
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulations
- Clinical trial contracting and protocol amendment knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Microsoft Office and contract-tracking systems knowledge
