- Downstream processing
- Bacterial/viral antigen manufacturing
- Production QMS activities

💉 2. Production – Formulations / Drug Product
Blending Operations
- Manage formulation shift activities
- Operate autoclaves
- Operate blending vessels
- Handle CIP and SIP skids
Filling Operations
- Manage filling operations and shift plans
- Operate filling and capping machines
- Tunnel sterilizers
- Vacuum cleaning systems
Packing & Labelling
- Vial labelling and VVM dot machines
- Inspection systems
- Videojet and Control Print batch coding
- Track & Trace systems
- Cold room/freezer temperature monitoring
🎓 Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- M.Sc. – Life Sciences
- B.Tech – Biotechnology
- B.Sc. – Biotechnology
- 1–9 years relevant experience
- Experience in vaccines, biosimilars or injectable manufacturing is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts is required.
