- Lead process development and scale-up studies for new products in the R&D lab.
- Collaborate with Chemistry team for DoE studies and process optimization.
- Develop detailed process understanding using studies like reaction kinetics, filtration, extraction, crystallization, PAT and process safety.
- Draft scale-up process, identify CPPs and support validation batches with cross-functional teams.
- Plan and deliver process engineering activities as per project timelines and goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
