• 📋 Profile:
  • 🔹 PFN: Follow shift schedule and production schedule, planning of shifts for subordinate as per process requirement. Handling of plasma collection, sanitization, washing, cutting, pooling and thawing, plasma fractionation process steps.
  • 🔹 DSP: To involve in plasma products manufacturing. Handling of process related instruments and equipment in downstream process (DSP). Good communication and technical skill, GDP Knowledge.
  • 🔹 DPM: Need knowledge on injectable drug product manufacturing, Good hands on the filling machine line, Aseptic Filling operations, Documentation. Shift activities handling. Material management, cGMP adherence.

• 📋 Profile:
  • 🔹 Validation: Responsible for review of User Requirement Specification, Design Qualification, FAT Protocols, SAT Protocols, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification Protocols and reports.
  • 🔹 IPQA: Perform and monitor In-process Quality Assurance activities during manufacturing process. Responsible to perform line clearance activities in different stages of drug substances manufacturing and Monitoring of clean room behavior, aseptic activities. BMR review. Preferred for biological experience.
  • 🔹 QMS: Handling, maintaining and implementation of QMS system and to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsible for reviewing, evaluating and identifying action items/assignments of change controls, Incidents, self inspections, QRM, CAPAs and coordinate with cross functional departments for closure. Should have good knowledge in QMS procedures.

• ⏳ Experience: 0-2 Years
• 📋 Profile: BIO CHEMICAL – Responsible to follow GLP/GDP practices and Compliance of allotted work in QC laboratory. Manage sample flow for product samples, stability samples, miscellaneous samples, trial batches etc. in the department.

• ⏳ Experience: 6-9 Years
• 📋 Profile: MICRO – Quality Control Testing – Oversee testing of raw materials, packaging, in-process samples, drug substances, finished products, and stability batches. Supervise core assays including BET, Bioburden, Sterility, MLT, and water sampling.
