1) Experienced Opening – Cold Chain Validation
We are looking for an experienced Cold Chain Validation to join our Vaccine Manufacturing Plant.
📍 Position: Assistant Manager
📍 Industry: Vaccine / Injectable
📍 Experience: 9–14 Years
📍 Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cold chain validation activities for vaccine manufacturing and distribution.
- Plan and execute temperature mapping of cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers, ultra-low freezers, warehouses, and transport systems.
- Validate thermal packaging systems and shipping lanes for domestic and international distribution.
- Prepare and review validation protocols, reports, risk assessments, and validation master plans.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, WHO, USFDA, EU GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and audit observations related to cold chain validation.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product integrity throughout the cold chain.
- Mentor and guide the validation team while driving continuous process improvements.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
