The Analyst works with payer, PBM, formulary, policy, and claims data to inform strategy, contracting, launch planning, and performance management while applying AI/ML techniques for deeper insights.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Office
- Experience handling large datasets on platforms such as Databricks or Spark
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools (Claude, Databricks, Copilot, etc.)
- Strong understanding of US Market Access, pricing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex secondary datasets and policy information
- Excellent communication skills to translate analytics into actionable insights
- Experience with US healthcare datasets (IQVIA/SHS, claims, formulary, policy data)
- Familiarity with US reimbursement, regulatory, and compliance requirements
